I was concerned about the order getting here in time for my sister’s service. Delivery date showed it would be here two days before the service or I could spend the extra shipping cost to get them here sooner. I reached out to representative to ask their opinion and was told to give them the order number and they would have it expedited. Not only did I not have to spend the extra for faster shipping but the order arrived even earlier than the extra shipping cost would have gotten them here. Knowing that it was delivered ahead of time shows that you care. Thank you.

Bookmarks too short

Disappointing lack of quality control

The bookmarks I ordered were shipped quickly, the edges are cut neatly, and the colors are vibrant. However, it's hard to imagine there was any kind of level of quality control before they were shipped. All the bookmarks were cut off center, in some cases cutting off a bit of the rightmost letter. Forty-six out of the fifty bookmarks I ordered had a whitish smear in the printing, located prominently in the top center of the bookmark. (You can see the contrast between a bookmark with the smear and one of the few bookmarks without it in my photo. ) Several bookmarks showed slivers of some other adjoining design. Very disappointed that only 8% of my order ended up not having a prominent flaw. Order only if you have a simple design that doesn't approach the edges at all, and hope you don't get some random visual flaw.
