Custom puzzle

I’ll begin saying that I ordered the custom puzzle as a gift, and the recipient has not seen it yet; so I can’t speak to the reproduction quality or puzzle precision. However, I was pleasantly surprised that the product came in a very nice tin, with the image imprinted on it! My only concern is that the puzzle is printed on too thin of a cardboard. I was expecting a much heavier weight, for durability and ease of picking up individual pieces. Honestly, it could be 2-3 times as thick. I would have preferred the heavier board, and had it come in a cardboard box to offset the cost.

The photo I sent in has become a fabulous puzzle. The puzzle is sturdy and the colors are rich. It also comes in a very nice tin.

The puzzle pieces were very thin, the colors were muted and not accurate, and the box it came it was so fragile and not sturdy. Very disappointed.
